Please join us this week to see what we've been learning in TAAP! 4th grade math students will share their expertise in Tinkercad and 3D design. They will show you different math strategies we've learned and explain their Stock Market Game portfolio. 4th grade LV kids will take you from creation (Gaia) to the foundation of Greek Mythology as we begin to research the myths behind the constellations.
5th grade Math students will share their Tinkercad designs and SMG portfolios as well as their understanding of percents and " would you rather" challenges.
5th grade LV will show the creation story in Egyptian Mythology and the beginnings of Egyptian Mythology through doodle note summaries and vocabulary development.
In grade 6 the Math students have prototypes of their business plan printed and ready to share. They will also explain the strategies behind their SMG portfolio as well as their understanding of the application of algebra.
6LV - I'm sure you've heard- was EXTREMELY disappointed with the ending of the Odyssey. They will reveal the highs and lows of this epic tale and prepare to write the perfect ending (since Homer missed the mark on this one, in our humble opinions).
Listen for LV students to begin their passion projects to share what they've learned this year in our class.
I hope the weather will hold out this week for our portfolio shares, however, in the event of inclement weather we will postpone our portfolios until a more opportune time.
Till next week!
